Make a difference at Sandies is a registered charity counselling service based in
East London. It was first established in 2003 by Sandra Hamil, a fully qualified counsellor with over 30 years' experience.
Counselling is a form of guidance that provides receivers with insight, direction and support about events and decisions.
It offers a confidential space to explore and express aspects of self which may be uncomfortable, painful, overwhelming or embarrassing.
Counselling and Psychotherapy is available to a range of people and enables them to deal with a variety of issues.

Halloween
Our halloween Special had our staff bring joy to the community members of Dagenham, as they all dressed up and played their halloween parts. we had three member of the public win 3 very special prize hampers.
